What if my plant arrives damaged?
We package our kokedamas with great care, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your plant arrives damaged, please photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and contact us right away at our contact page. We'll make it right.
What is your return policy?
Because our kokedamas are living plants, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your plant arrives in poor condition or there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. See our full Returns Policy.
My plant isn't looking well — what should I do?
First, check our Care Hub — most common issues (yellowing leaves, wilting, moss discolouration) are addressed there. If you're still concerned, reach out to us directly. We genuinely want your plant to thrive.
